Role Hierarchy

Role Hierarchy may seem like it plays a fairly large part in the workings of the UtiliBots staff team - it doesn't.

The role structure is as follows:

Management Team

• Director

• Manager

• Bot Developer

• Website Developer

Administration Team

• Senior Administrator

• Administrator

Support Team

• Senior Support

• Support

• Trainee Support

Nobody, regardless of their rank whether they're an Administrator or Senior Support is in charge of members of the Support Team. The only exemptions to this are the Managers and the Director. If you are told to do something by someone who isn't a Manager or the Director, don't do it and report it.
